Our Story

Hello… 

I’m Leo and this is my brother Mazen, 

And we’re the founders and visionaries behind Dial Expert Solutions.

If you had met us 7 years ago, you would’ve found us battling depressing work conditions and even worse mental health because of it.

You see, we were both exactly how typical a call center agent in a developing country would be. Poor, desperate, helpless…

I was juggling my call center job with studies in a dentistry school, while Mazen was entrenched in a high-pressure corporate sales role. 

Both of us felt our value in life was nothing more than the numbers we produced at our jobs—nothing but cogs in a lifeless machine.

The struggle against that negativity ate all the energy we could have put into our work to produce impressive results.

That’s when our mutual struggles inspired us to forge a shared vision—two brothers longing for change, working together for something better.
